I have been seeing Julie on a regular basis for almost 2 years now for deep tissue massage. I always find great pain relief in my chronic neck, shoulder and back pain from her treatment. Julie is always a pleasure to deal with and adjusts her massages when needed depending on areas of pain and tightness in my muscles.

I’ve been attending Julie’s class for over 4yrs. She’s a great instructor & will happily adapt exercises to your individual needs. I have gone throughout my last two pregnancies and had zero back problems which I solely attribute to Pilates. Julie’s classes are fun & enjoyable but you still get a workout in. Of all exercise classes I’ve done this is the one I will always keep up.
