Lymphatic Drainage Massage

lymph drainage massage.

The Lymphatic (or Lymph) System consists of lymphatic fluid contained in an extensive network of vessels passing through our body systems helping to rid our bodies of toxins and waste materials and support our immunity by defending against infection. The Lymph System is located just below the skin and relies mainly on the action of muscles to pump the lymph fluid around the body. Some health conditions can interrupt this flow.

What is Lymphatic Drainage Massage?

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a very gentle form of massage that encourages the movement and drainage of lymphatic fluid. This encourages the removal of waste and toxins from body tissues and reduces swelling & congestion.
